Dr. Ian Newman has been in business in Hagerstown and Frederick for over 20 years. Dr. Newman is State Board Certified, and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, a Doctorate Degree from Palmer West Chiropractic University, a Masters in Whiplash Certification from the San Diego Spine Institute, as well as an official Chiropractic Sports Physician Certification. Moreover, Dr. Newman is certified to practice in the states of Maryland, Florida, and Hawaii.
